Chiropractic is a modern profession requiring five years of university training in diagnosing and treating back pain, neck pain and other musculoskeletal disorders.
At Blue Vista Health Centre we offer a restorative style of chiropractic treatment that includes muscle relaxation techniques, heat therapy, mobilising restricted joints and dry needling (optional). We also offer specialised cranial treatment for the head, face and jaw.
Therapeutic massage helps to relieve tension and fatigue in the body, restoring balance and calm. Massage improves circulation, reduces stress hormones and stimulates the release of endorphins, thereby creating a feeling of deep relaxation and wellbeing.
Remedial massage focuses on specific muscles and areas where there is pain, restriction or stiffness, helping to relax tight tissues and improve flexibility.
At Blue Vista we offer natural health therapies to enhance the self healing capacity of the body. Traditional healers have built up knowledge over centuries using plants and natural resources to restore health. Today we can benefit from the wealth of information and experience available to us to achieve better health naturally.
